Freedom Farm summer camps excite the imagination, awaken natural confidence, and foster each child’s unique gifts and expression. Our camps offer an exciting and safe environment that children naturally thrive in. Our camps fill up quickly. Please sign up early for this opportunity.
Summer Camp I
This camp is for young equestrians, ages 5 and up.
We play many horse games on our gentle, retired show and lesson horses. Campers learn
the essentials of care, feeding, grooming, health, and safety. Crafts in the past years have included coloring, drawing, making horse necklaces, horse treat pouches, beaded charms,
and bracelets, and delicious horse cakes.
Summer Camp II
For more experienced campers, ages 7 and up.
We play more advanced horse games that teach balance, confidence, and technique on wonderful safe horses. Campers learn about hoof care, diet, grooming, health, horse breeds, and horse disciplines. Other activities have included leather crafts, stamped and beaded key chains, charms, and bracelets, horse treat pouches, tie dye shirts, and delicious horse cakes.
