Coach Kenny Hall leads a varied, fun work out centering on rider fitness, with plenty of attention to muscle building and flexibility in key areas (Hear that, knees and hip flexors??) Join us!

Aikido Conditioning for Riders

Two Saturdays/month June-August

10:30-11:30 instruction

Great news! Aikido Sensei (trainer) Neilu Naini is returning to Freedom Farm this summer to train riders in body conditioning and safe falling techniques. Neilu makes the exercises fun and doable for riders of all ages and abilities, with emphasis on body conditioning, breathing exercises, stretching, and learning to fall safely. Classes are held outside, with ample space.

Cost: $20.00/month (2 classes)
