Aikido Conditioning for Riders

Sensei (trainer) Neilu Naini has visited Freedom Farm several times, to train our advanced competition team in conditioning and tumbling. It's so perfect for riders, we thought, why not make it a regular thing? Everybody's welcome. Neilu makes all the exercises doable for riders of all ages and abilities.
